If we cannot reach an informal resolution, both parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of California, United States, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between Koarveda LLC and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there shall be no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures.
By using this website, you agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against Koarveda LLC.
