This policy explains how Koarveda subscriptions work, including billing, renewals, and how to make changes or cancel. It applies to all subscription purchases made through koarveda.com.

How subscriptions work

When you select "Subscribe and save" on a product page, you're enrolling in a recurring order. You choose your delivery frequency at checkout, and we ship your order automatically at that interval.

Automatic renewal

Koarveda subscriptions renew automatically. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it — there is no fixed end date and no action required to keep it active.

Billing frequency and pricing

Your subscription discount depends on the product and frequency you choose:

• Individual gummies (EASE, ELEVATE, ZEST), monthly — 10% off every order
• Individual gummies, every 2 months — 15% off every order
• Bundles (Elevate + Ease, Elevate + Zest, Wellness Trio), monthly — 5% off every order

Your discount applies to every order for as long as your subscription is active. The exact price is shown on the product page before you purchase and again at checkout.

Authorization to charge

By subscribing, you authorize Koarveda to charge your saved payment method automatically on each billing date for the subscription price plus applicable shipping and tax. Your payment information is stored securely by Shopify.

Renewal reminders

We email you before each renewal with your upcoming order date and a link to manage your subscription, so you have time to make changes or cancel before you're charged.

Managing your subscription

You can manage everything online from your Koarveda account. Sign in and select "Manage Subscription."

You can:

• Skip an upcoming order
• Pause your subscription
• Reschedule your next order date
• Change frequency
• Swap products
• Update payment method or shipping address
• Cancel at any time

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled order date.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. You don't need to call or email us.

To cancel: sign in to your account, select Manage Subscription, choose your subscription, and select Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect immediately. Orders already processed or shipped can't be cancelled, but you won't be charged again.

Order confirmation

After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with your subscription details, renewal terms, and a link to manage or cancel.

Price changes

If we change your subscription price, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel or change your subscription before the new price applies.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You can update your payment method anytime from your account.
